Make changes to the logo in Photoshop. You can change the text, the image, the colors, etc.
Since your logo is a .png image, its background should be transparent. You need to disable the default background in Photoshop. Select the Move Tool (or press V on your keyboard) . Holding the Ctrl key click the background. That will select the layer that keeps the background image. In the menu Layers (go to the menu Windows -> Layers or just press F7) you will need to click the ”eye” icon to disable the background image. Sometimes the background in your .PSD may consist of several images, so you will need to hide all of them till you see your background is transparent.
